Please click on the blue
product titles below for
more details and the order button. We feature Magnetic
Reference Laboratory calibration tapes
which are simply the best around. Every studio should have these tapes
to make sure the decks are aligned to international standards and are
operating at the best possible performance levels. If you're unsure
what operating level you're actually recording at or if you're
questioning if your deck is really tweaked to perfection or not, you
need
these tapes. There's no other reliable way to do it.
Use 250 nWb/m tapes for
AMPEX/Q 406, 407, 478 and 480. Use 355
nWb/m
for AMPEX/Q 456, AMPEX/Q 499, RMGI-EMTEC SM911, SM900.
For RMGI SM900,AMPEX/Q 499 and GP9 set repro level to -3 for initial
operating level calibration.
Each multi-frequency tape contains the following contents in this
order:
Reference Fluxivity: 1000Hz
Azimuth, Phase & Prelim Response: 500Hz, 8kHz, 16kHz
Amplitude & Frequency Response: 32Hz, 63Hz, 125Hz, 250Hz, 500Hz,
1kHz, 2kHz, 4kHz, 8kHz, 10kHz, 12.5kHz, 16kHz, 20kHz
