Q: Why won't you ship my order to my uncle Bob in Las Vegas?
A: Orders must be shipped to the billing address on record at your bank or credit card company. If you want to ship to your own work address, it's ok but you must have the work address as an alternate address on record at your bank or credit card company, depending which credit card you use. It's free. Just call your bank or credit card company.

Q: Why are you doing this?
A: Credit Card Company rules. This protects you, the card holder, from people using your card to ship to a phony address.


Q: Why doesn't your web site allow ordering out of the US?
A: Our credit card processors cannot get credit card address verification out of the US and Canada.

Q: Do you take Paypal© for web site order payment?
A: Yes we do accept Paypal.

Q: OK. I don't have a credit card anymore or Paypal. How can I order from you then?
A:  Easy. You can process your order on our web site as if you will be paying by credit card. After filling in your name and address, the next page will ask you for credit card info. At this point the totals including shipping will be listed. Print this page out making sure your address and the order/shipping is shown and mail us a copy of the order and a money order or bank check for the total. Make sure you include your phone number in case there's any questions.
